Throughout these Terms, the words “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Feel Good Collective. The Feel Good Collective  is operated as a sole trader account under the owner "Pascale Baker"

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer our products and process orders securely.

Because many of our pieces are limited releases, certain items may sell out quickly and may not be restocked.

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not yet mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • decline an order

  • cancel an order

  • limit quantities

If we cancel or modify your order, we will contact you using the details provided.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the payment provider may charge your card for the order amount

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered by a courier service and tracking details will be provided where available.

Although we are not responsible if your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we will do our best to assist you where possible. 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
