Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or rural delivery. Once you receive your automated shipping notification, please direct any queries in regards to delivery of your parcel to the courier service.

Note: We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia using tracked courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or rural delivery. If your country is not listed above but you would still like to order, please contact us first at feelgoodcollectivenz@gmail.com so we can work out shipping costs and create a custom invoice.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or in rare instances lost, please contact us to help you initiate a claim for your parcel and a replacement or credit note for the value of your item.
