We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery provided the item:

is unworn and unwashed

has all original tags attached

is returned in its original condition

Limited Edition Drops
Many Feel Good Collective pieces are released in limited quantities as part of our small, considered drops.
Because of this, exchanges are subject to availability. Please choose your item and size wisely. If your requested size or item is no longer available, we may offer a store credit instead.
Faulty Items
In the rare chance that your item arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:

photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please email feelgoodcollectivenz@gmail.com to discuss.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Feel Good Collective cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
